摘要粘结剂是连接基体和磨料的物质,它保证了连接的强度,本文所研究的DGT就是一种缩水甘油酯型的粘结剂,该粘结剂可以再超低温下正常使用,而缩水甘油酯的种类繁多,其功能又不仅限于粘结剂,还有稀释剂、涂料、固化剂、各种添加剂等。而本文研究的另一种缩水甘油酯,其不同的取代物也有不同的功用,传统方法合成缩水甘油酯即二步法合成的产品,含氯值较高,产生的废物较多。本文合成了50%的NaOH/TiO2负载型固体碱,尝试使用该固体碱合成对DGT,得到了不错的效果,紧接着对该固体碱进行了正交试验,得到了最优反应条件为:使用3当量的固体碱,反应时间为4小时,反应温度为40℃左右。同时本论文对氧化法合成对DGT进行了探索,发现H2O2很难使原料氧化得到双边产物,只能得到单边氧化产物,又使用氧化性较强的m-CPBA进行了氧化反应,发现得到一种非目标产物的混合物。由于能单边环氧化原料,所以本文又探索合成了一种单边的烯丙酯参与反应,发现以TS-1为催化剂,以NaHCO3为添加剂,原料能顺利被H2O2氧化,但仍有大量原料未反应,该方法较为绿色,可应用于容易被氧化的其它烯丙酯。20688

Title Study on green synthesis of glycidyl ester
Abstract
Adhesive is the substance that connects the base material and abrasive , it ensures the strength of the connection .The DGT studied in this paper is a kind of glycidyl ester type adhesive, it can be used under ultra-low temperature , whereas glycidyl esters is of great variety , and its function is not limited to adhesive , it can also be used as diluents , coatings , curing agents and additives . And another glycidyl studied in this paper has different fuctions when it owns different substituent, the traditional method for the synthesis of glycidyl ,also called two-step synthesis method generated too much wastes and high organochlorine value.In this paper, the 50% NaOH/TiO2 supported solid base was synthesized . with this solid base ,the synthesis of terephthalic acid diglycidyl got good results . According to the orthogonal experiment, the optimal reaction conditions were: three equivalents of solid base , 4 hours of reaction time , the reaction temperature at about 40 ℃. Meanwhile,in this paper, the synthesis of terephthalic acid diglycidyl oxidation were explored and it turned out that H2O2 was difficult to oxidate the raw material to bilateral product , the product can only be one side , when using a strong oxidizing m-CPBA , the product was found to give a mixture of the non-target . Since H2O2 can unilaterally epoxidate the raw material , this paper expored the synthesis of a unilateral allyl ester to participate in the reaction ,and the results showed that with TS-1 as catalyst, the NaHCO3 as an additive ,the raw material was smoothly oxidated, but there were still large amounts of unreacted raw material .This method is much more environmental and it can be applied to other allyl esters which were easily oxidated.
