摘要近年来,私营企业女职工合法权益受到侵害的事件不断增多,对社会产生了很大的负面影响,并且严重地损害了广大女职工的身心健康。怎样维护私营企业女职工的合法权益,维护她们的正当利益成为私营企业进一步发展的首要任务。本文通过分析得出女职工权益保护工作原有的问题与新增的问题,总结原因,同时,提出促进私营企业女职工权益维护工作的改进意见,有利于更好地保护女职工的合法权益,也有利于更好地规范私营企业,发挥私营企业对于社会经济发展的重要作用。51506

The research on the protection of female employees’ rights and interests in private enterprises
Abstract
In recent years, the case that infringe female employees’ legitimate rights and interests in private enterprises is increasing continually , which already have a negative impact on society and seriously damaged the physical and mental health of female employees. How to protect the legitimate rights and interests of female employees in private enterprises is becoming the most important task for the further development of private enterprises. The problems analyzed in this paper cover the original problems and new problems. Then this paper summarize the reasons and put forward corresponding improvement advice in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of female employees better. These are also helpful for standardize the private enterprises, then let private enterprises play an important role in the development of social economy better.
