摘要Ti2AlC是三元层状化合物MAX相的典型代表,它既具有金属在常温下很好的导热性能和导电性能,及较低的维式显微硬度和较高的弹性模量和剪切模量,可像金属一样进行机械加工,并在较高温度下具有塑性。又具有陶瓷的性能,有较高的屈服强度、高熔点、高热稳定性和良好的抗氧化性能,国内外众多学者被其优异性能所吸引。68267
本实验研究的是利用Ti、Al、C单质粉末以2:1.25:1的摩尔比例在真空管式高温烧结炉直接烧结制备Ti2AlC粉体材料。通过对不同烧结条件下制备得到的粉体进行XRD、SEM、TEM测试来确定材料的成分和微观结构。从而确定制备Ti2AlC粉体材料最佳的烧结条件以及烧结温度和保温时间对材料的影响。
通过实验,得出了以下结论:
(1)Ti、Al、C单质粉末在真空管式高温烧结炉制备较高纯度的Ti2AlC粉体材料的最佳烧结条件为:烧制温度1350 ℃,加温速度20 ℃/min,保温2 h;
(2)当温度一定时,适当的延长保温时间,有利于Ti2AlC粉体材料纯度的提高;
(3)对Ti2AlC粉体材料的XRD、SEM、TEM测试结果表明Ti2AlC是六方结构的三元层状化合物。

Title The Preparation and Structural Analysis of Ti2AlC Powder
Abstract
Ti2AlC layered ternary compound MAX phase is a typical representative . It is not only having good thermal properties and electrical conductivity, and the lower Vickers hardness and a high elastic modulus and shear modulus of metal at room temperature,as can be machined like a metal , and has plasticity at a higher temperature, but also having higher yield strength, high melting point . high thermal stability and good oxidation resistance of ceramic performance. Its excellent performance attracted many domestic and foreign scholars .
This study is to ues Ti, Al, C elemental powder that its the molar ratio to 2:1.25:1
sintering Ti2AlC powder materials directly in furnace of high temperature and vacuum. Through the powders of the different sintering conditions are tested by XRD, SEM, TEM to determine the materials composition and microstructure . Ti2AlC powder material was prepared in order to determine the optimal sintering conditions .On the other hand make sure that the sintering temperature and the holding time effects on materials .
Conclusions as follows:
(1) The best conditions of Ti, Al, C elemental powders are sintered in the furnace of high-temperature and vacuum to prepare higher purity Ti2AlC powder materials : the firing temperature 1350 ℃, heating rate of 20 ℃ / min,the holding time 2h;
(2) When the temperature is constant, appropriate to extend the holding time, help to improve the purity of Ti2AlC powder material ;
(3) The results of Ti2AlC powder materials tested by XRD, SEM, TEM show that Ti2AlC hexagonal structure is layered ternary compounds.
