摘要本课题研究了8mm厚的5754铝合金螺旋管的TIG自动焊接工艺,分析了接头组织及性能。结果表明,TIG自动化焊接可以形成外观良好的焊缝,适合的焊接参数为:内焊机电流为270~275A,外焊机电流为300~305A,内焊机电压为17.5~17.7V,外焊机电压为20~20.5V,焊速0.20m/min,外焊送丝速度1.90m/min,内焊送丝速度1.80m/min,接头的微观组织均匀,无明显缺陷。焊接接头显微硬度试验得到:显微硬度为母材的96%。焊缝质量好,达到要求。并进行了铝合金试板双面双弧平焊工艺探索,为进一步完善螺旋管的自动化焊接生产工艺奠定试验基础。68174

Title Continuous production investigation of TIG automatic welding process for Spiral Pipe with Aluminium alloy
Abstract
This subject aimed to experimentally explore the microstructure and properties of joints undergoing TIG automatic welding with 8mm thick Spiral Pipe with Aluminium alloy. The results show that TIG automatic welding could fit the requirement of spiral Pipe welding. The process parameter for TIG automatic welding was obtained and the sound welds can be obtained under the condition of a welding speed of 0.20m/min, a inside welding current of 275~270A, a outside welding current of 305~300A,a inside welding voltage of 17.7~17.5V, a outside welding voltage of 20.5~20V,Outer welder wire feed speed of 1.90m/min. Internal welding wire feed speed of 1.80m/min.The joints had a fine microstructure and no conspicuous welding defects. Also,the microhardness of joints is 96% of base metal.In addition, the test assistant research 8mm double-sided double-arc TIG welding for Spiral Pipe with Aluminium alloy。
