摘要在微波和毫米波系统中,滤波器是一种非常重要的器件,通常影响着整个无线通信系统的性能指标,因此对于滤波器的研究受到了人们极大的关注。现有文献中介绍的超短波滤波器和毫米波滤波器很多体积较大,成本较高,性能较低,在许多应用场合均受到很大限制。而在超短波频段和毫米波频段基于LTCC技术设计的滤波器很少,这就为本课题的研究提出了较大的挑战,同时也具有重要的研究意义。64990
首先,本论文基于LTCC技术对超短波带通滤波器进行了研究与设计。采用新型的半集总半分布式结构,成功设计了几种超短波频段的滤波器,其中心频率分别为244MHz、105MHz和70MHz。设计完成后,这三款带通滤波器的体积最大只有5.6mm*6.5mm*1.5mm。满足设计指标要求。
本文使用LTCC技术在VHF频段成功设计了几种带通滤波器,同时实现了小型化、高性能和低成本,在VHF系统中都有着广泛的应用前景。

Abstract
In microwave and millimeter wave systems, the filter is a very important device, and usually affects the performance of the entire wireless communication system, so the research of the filter has been of great concern. The ultra-short wave and millimeter-wave filters described in the literatures mostly have large size, high cost, low performance, and are subject to significant limitations in many applications. And there are few filters based on LTCC technology in frequencies of ultra-short wave and millimeter-wave band, which presents a greater challenge and important research significance on the study of the subject.
Firstly, based on LTCC technology, the research and design of the ultra-short wave bandpass filters are presented in this paper. The filters are designed in using the new semi-lumped semi-distributed structure, we successfully design an ultra-short wave filters, the center frequency is 650MHz respectively. While the design is completed, the largest is only5.6mm*6.5mm*1.5mm.
This paper successfully designs several bandpass filters based on LTCC technology in the VHF band, and achieves the miniaturization, high-performance and low-cost of the filters, it has a broad application prospects in VHF wave systems.
