摘要:本设计题目是与企业合作的课题,目的是解决现阶段企业Pt丝的绕丝合格率较低的问题,降低贵金属Pt丝的工艺浪费情况。本文设计了一种方法,在大数据的环境下,使用多目标决策系统模糊优选理论,对绕丝工艺的五个参数:拉力强度(Tensile Value)、延展值(Elogation Value)、断裂负载(Breaking Load )、灌注孔径(Cast Diameter)、阻力(Resistance)进行数据分析,并用MATLAB编写程序进行计算,最终分别得到五个参数的权值向量,即可以得出是哪一个参数对绕丝工艺的合格率影响最大,使得在相同的工人、机器操作的条件下却得到低的合格率。并用了灰色神经网络和回归分析方法进行辅证。本设计可以很好地找出最大影响参数,并且具有一定发展前景。52416

Optimal design of parameters of winding process
Abstract: The design topic is a project with a business cooperation, in order to solve the problem that the qualified rate of Pt wire is lower, for decline the waste that the use of precious metal Pt. In this paper, we make the project in large data environment, using multi-objective decision making multi-objective fuzzy optimization decision, of around five parameters of silk process data analysis, then use MATLAB to compile the program for calculation, finally get the weight vectors of five parameters, that can be derived which parameters most affect wound wire process under the conditions of the same worker, machine operation has been low qualified rate. With the grey neural network and regression analysis method carry on the assistant. The design can be use easily to find the greatest parameters that impact the qualified rate, and has a certain development prospects.
