摘要电荷弱信号检测是一门新兴的技术学科,它利用电子学、信息论和物理学的方法,分析噪声产生的原因和规律,研究被测信号的特征,检测出并恢复被背景噪声掩盖的微弱信号。微弱信号检测的宗旨是研究如何从强噪声中提取有用信号,任务是研究微弱信号检测的理论、探索新方法和新技术,从而将其应用于各个学科领域当中。在这次毕业设计的过程中,我查阅了电荷变换器设计及OrCAD技术相关的文献资料,完成了电荷弱信号检测电路的设计并进行PSpice参数、噪声仿真分析,给出分析结果。通过目前对微弱信号检测的理论的学习及主要器件进行了详细的认识,对微弱信号的检测技术有了一定的了解,为以后的工作学习奠定了基础。65168

Title Design of detecting weak signal of electric charge and the simulation and analysis of parameters and noise of Pspice
Abstract
Detection of electric charges` weak signal is a Emerging discipline,it uses the way of Electronics Informatics and Physics to analyze the reasons and laws of the generation of noise.,to study the feature of measured signal,thus detecting and recovering the weak signal that be covered by background noise.Purposes of weak signal detecting is to study how can we collect the useful information from strong noise.It`s task is to study the theory of weak signal detecting,to explore new ways and technologies,in case that can we ultilize it in every situations.During this times research,I have searched many realated references about Charge converter and technology of OrCAD.,designed the circurt of detecting weak signal of electric charge.finisched the Simulation Analysis by PSpice..From learing the weak signal detecting theory and recogzing the most of devices,I have a certain understanding of weak signal setecting,it will obviously helps me a lot during my feature study and work.
