1.1研究背景及意义

健美运动是一项通过各式各样的器械和徒手运动，利用专门的动作和方法进行锻炼，以发达肌肉，增长体力，改善形体以及陶冶情操为目的的运动项目。健美是一门改造人体体型的体育学科，在所有的运动项目中，它是仅有，是由人们依据自己被人体运动雕像所激发出来的而创造的运动项目，就作用于人类的功能而言，它既有健身、健心、健体从微观上来说又有利国、利民、利家的效应。
