摘要高校街舞社团是大学生社团的重要组成部分，广泛开展街舞社团活动可以和谐校园文化，发展学生的身体素质，提高学生的想象力、创造力和审美能力。在杭高校街舞社团是在校大学生基于共同的兴趣和爱好，由大学生自发组成或者通过学校倡导而形成，开展有益于学生身心健康的街舞活动的学生团体。48340

从理论而言，街舞社团既可以归属于体育社团也可以归属于艺术社团，而在杭高校街舞社团大多被划归与艺术社团。在杭高校街舞社团的发展仍处于较低的水平，在建设和管理中存在很多问题，相关的研究也较少，因此研究在杭高校街舞社团的发展现状，找出其发展过程中的优势与存在的不足，找出影响在杭高校街舞社团发展的因素，并在此基础上探求在杭高校街舞社团建设与发展的特点与规律，促进在杭高校街舞社团的蓬勃发展。另外，通过对街舞社团发展的理论研究进一步丰富街舞社团理论，为街舞社团的发展提供理论依据。通过对在杭高校街舞社团管理的研究寻求管理街舞社团合理的对策，给街舞社团的有效运作提供指导。
论文通过对大学生街舞社团理论综述的研究，以及对部分在杭高校街舞社团发展现状的调查及存在问题的原因分析，结合实际情况，给出相应切实可行的发展对策。
首先，通过对有关文献资料的搜集、整理与研究，设计了两种调查问卷和访谈计划，对被抽取的杭州市十个高校街舞社团进行了调查和访问，内容涉及街舞社团团员的人数、舞种选择、参与动机、技术水平；教练员；街舞教学；社团管理等方面。
其次，运用数理统计等方法对问卷调查和访谈的结果进行细致整理后进行了深入的分析，总结出在杭高校街舞社团发展现状的四条结论。
最后，在前文调查分析的基础上，结合高校学生街舞社团建设发展的一般规律，提出了
明确社团的宗旨和使命，满足团员预期；加强交流和学习营造学习街舞的氛围等相关建议。

Abstract
College Street Dance Club is an important part of College Student Association. Carry out extensive hip-hop community activities can enrich the campus culture, develop the physical quality of the students, improve the students' imagination and creativity and aesthetic ability. The Hangzhou’s college hip-hop communities are based on students common interests and hobbies, formed by college students spontaneously or advocated by the school, carry out hip-hop activities which are beneficial to physical and mental health of students.
In theory, the street dance club can not only belong to the sports club, but also can be attributed to the art club, but most of them are classified in the arts community .The development of street dance clubs in Hangzhou’s university is still at a low level .There are many problems in its construction and management and related research is less.So research the current situation of the development of hip-hop community in Hangzhou’s universities, find out the advantages and existing problems in the process of development, find out the influence factors in the development of Hangzhou’s colleges hip-hop community and on this basis to explore Hangzhou’s colleges hip-hop community’s building and development rules, promote hip-hop community in Hangzhou’s Universities vigorous development .In addition, through the theoretical research on the development of the hip-hop community to further enrich the hip-hop community theory, provide a theoretical basis for the development of the hip-hop community.
Through the research on the management of street dance club in Hangzhou’s University, the paper seeks to find a reasonable strategy for the management of street dance clubs, To provide guidance to the effective operation of the street dance club. Through A review of the theory of College Students' street dance clubs, and the analysis of the reasons for the current situation of the development of street dance clubs in Hangzhou’s university ,combined with the actual situation, gives the corresponding practical development countermeasures.
