    摘要:  花叶蔓长春是著名的常绿观叶植物,以其秀丽和良好的耐旱性而赢得人们的厚爱。它虽比较耐旱,但具体抗旱指标还未见报道[1]。因此,本论文选择了具有市场潜力的地被植物——花叶蔓长春,将对其抗旱性作深入研究。主要从花叶蔓长春形态结构特征、生理生化特性及抗旱机理、抗旱性鉴定方法等方面对其进行研究[2]。通过在不同的时间和湿度条件下对花叶蔓长春的叶面积、离体叶片失水率、相对含水量、质膜相对透性等指标的测定[3],得出实验结果:花叶蔓长春具有适应环境变化及自我调节增加抗旱的能力。但与其他同学研究的植物相比,花叶蔓长春抗旱力较弱。从而为合理科学地种植及应用花叶蔓长春提供可靠的依据。9277

    Study on drought resistance of Vinca major Linn. cv. Variegata Loud.
    Abstract : Vinca major Linn. cv. Variegata Loud. is a famous evergreen foliage plants. Its beautiful and good resistance to negative won the people’s love. Although Vinca major Linn. cv. Variegata Loud. is drought-tolerant, the specific index of drought resistance hasn’t been reported till now. Therefore, in this thesis, the market potential,  ground cover plants--Vinca major Linn. cv. Variegata Loud was chosen to study its drought resistance, and mainly focused its structure characteristic, mechanism, biochemical and physiological drought resistance. Leaf area, the water loss rate of detached leaves, relative water content, the relative membrane permeability was measured to analysis of drought resistance characters. The experimental resuls here indicated that Vinca major Linn. cv. Variegata Loud. has the capacity of adapting the changing environment and self-regulating to increase drought resistance, but its ability of drought resistance is weak compared with other plant species, which were analyzed by my classmats. These results provided reliable data on how to scientifically planting and application of Vinca major Linn. cv. Variegata Loud.
