摘要牛尾菜S riparia A. DC. 为百合科Liliaceae菝葜属Smilax,俗称龙须菜、白须公,是湖北省土家族常用民间草药。它的根和根状茎是一种民间药物,用于治疗支气管炎,肾虚腰痛,跌打损伤,虚水肿,可以作为支气管扩张试剂。本实验以牛尾菜为研究对象,研究其化学成分的分离提取。通过综合运用大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20 层析、C18层析等手段,从牛尾菜乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离纯化出一个化合物E,并经现代光谱技术推断鉴定出其可能的3种结构式为:E1:7-羟基,5,3‘,4’,5‘-四甲氧基黄酮,E2:5-羟基,7,3‘,4’,5‘-四甲氧基黄酮,E3:4’-羟基,5,7,3‘,5‘-四甲氧基黄酮,其结构有待2D-NMR确认;从牛尾菜甲醇萃取部分分离纯化出一个化合物JTM-2,其结构还待进一步解析。63773

Title Extraction and isolation of the chemical constituents from Smilax riparia
Abstract
Smilax riparia A. DC. belongs to Liliaceae, which commonly known as Longxucai, Baixugong. It is commonly used as traditional medicine in Tujiazu, Hubei Province. Its roots and rhizomes have been used as a folklore medicine for the treatment of bronchitis, lumbago of renal asthenia, traumatic injury, asthenia edema, and bronchial dilation agents. In this experiment, we extracted and isolated two chemicals from EtOAc partion of S. riparia by using macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography, and C18 chromatography. On the basis of modern spectroscopic measurements, MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR, compound E was identified as 3 probable structures as follows, E1:7-hydroxy,5,3‘,4’,5‘-tetramethoxyl flavone,E2:5-hydroxy,7,3‘,4’,5‘-tetramethoxyl flavone,E3:4’-hydroxy,5,7,3‘,5‘-tetramethoxyl flavone, the structure will be further confirmed by 2D-NMR. We also isolated another compound JTM-2 from the CH3OH extract of S.riparia, the structure elucidation is still being analyzed.
