摘要：本文研究16种药食两用食品的醇提物和水提物对体外MGC803细胞的抑制率的影响，并且测定提取物清除自由基作用，综合两种实验评价具有人体胃癌抑制效果的药食两用食品。结果表明，人参，茴香，香菇，生姜，大蒜，石斛，茄子，秋葵，灵芝，西兰花这几种样品的两种提取方法都随着浓度的增加，对肿瘤细胞的抑制率随之增加，两者呈正相关；山楂的水提物，枸杞的醇提物，玉米的水提物，苦瓜的水提物，芦笋的水提物也呈正相关；山楂的醇提物浓度与对肿瘤细胞的抑制率呈负相关；此外，枸杞的水提物随着浓度的增加，对肿瘤细胞的抑制率先降低后增长；茶叶的醇提物，玉米的醇提物，苦瓜的醇提物。对于抑制肿瘤细胞效果较好的水提物有茶叶，人参，大蒜。对于抑制肿瘤细胞效果较好的醇提物有香菇，西兰花，生姜三种样品。在抗氧化性分析中，抑制率最高的水提取物是茶叶，其次是生姜，再次是大蒜。抑制率最高的醇提取物是西兰花，其次是香菇，再次是枸杞，在所有的水提物中，对OH自由基的清除作用效果最好的茶叶，大蒜等也在对肿瘤细胞的抑制率中达到最大值；在所有的水提物中，西兰花，香菇等物质在对肿瘤细胞的抑制率中达到最大值的同时，对OH自由基的清除作用效果也最好，两者之间具有一定的相关性。因此可以得出香菇，西兰花，生姜，枸杞的醇提取物，茶叶，生姜，人参和大蒜的水提取物的抑制率较高，同时对胃癌细胞的抑制率最大，在16中样品的醇提取物，水提取物中排行前列，因此可以证明，这几种物质的抗癌效果较好。可以根据这一结论，在生活中通过食用这几种物质，达到抗癌效果。52801

Effects of Several Food Extractives on Cells Proliferation in Vitro MGC-803
Abstract：The study was designed a investigate the regular effects of several food extractives on human gastric cancer cell line MGC_803 in vitro, and determinate the effects of extractives scavenging free radical, comprehensive two types of test to evaluate the edible and medicinal food with detect the proliferation activity of MGC_803. The results showed that both extract method of ginseng, fennel, mushrooms, ginger, garlic, dendrobium, eggplant, okra, fungus, broccoli these samples with the incerasing concentration, tumor cell inhibition rate increased.Hawthorn water extract, an alcohol extract of wolfberry, corn aqueous extract, bitter melon extract water, aqueous extract of asparagus also positively correlated;Hawthorn extract alcohol concentration and clearance of tumor cells was negatively correlated; In addition, the wolfberry extract water with increasing concentration, removal of tumor cells initially decreased growth; tea alcohol extract, corn ethanol extract substance, bitter melon extract alcohol.
