摘要于调查研究了杭州西溪湿地原生动物群落结构,采集和鉴定了湿地的原生动物,并对湿地原生动物的群落结构,种类组成和多样性指数及其他们的相关性进行了初步分析。结果表明该湿地共有原生动物89种,肉足纲41种,鞭毛纲14种,纤毛纲34种,其中肉足纲在原生动物种的总数中占46.07%,鞭毛纲在原生动物种的总数中占15.73%,纤毛纲在原生动物的种总数中占38.20%。研究发现了旋回侠盗虫,大弹跳虫,王氏似铃壳虫,陀螺侠盗虫等7种优势种。原生动物的群落结构可反映湿地的水域水质状况,湿地原生动物的物种丰富度指数,物种均匀度指数和物种多样性指数数据不佳,数据分析表明西溪湿地的水质受到了一定的污染且属于中度污染型。43934
Abstract we surveyed the persity of Protozoan community structure characteristics in October of 2013 and November of 2014,which collected and identified protozoan of wetlands, and the wetland protozoan community structure, species composition and persity index and their correlation has carried on the preliminary analysis. Results show that the wetland area a total of 89 species of protozoa, sarcodina 41, 14 kinds of flagellum, ciliata outline 34 species, including sarcodina outline in the original species, accounting for 46.07% of the total number of vivid flagellum in the original species, accounting for 15.73% of the total number of vivid, ciliata classes, accounting for 38.20% of total number of kinds of protozoa. Studies were discovered seven kinds of dominant species ,including Strobilidium gyrans, Holophrya simplex, Strobilidium velox, Difflugia urceolata and other insects. Protozoan community structure can reflect the water quality condition of the wetlands, Wetland protozoan species richness index, species evenness index and persity index of poor data, Data analysis showed that the water quality of Xixi Wetland by a certain type of pollution and are moderately polluted.
