摘要:为研究在高浓度的氯化钠胁迫下黄菖蒲的生理生态特性的适应性反应及人工湿地的去除Cu2+的表现状况,本实验采用无土栽培观察黄菖蒲在高盐含铜废水中的生长状况。实验共设置7个处理组,各组NaCl含量分别为:0g/L、10g/L、20g/L、40g/L、60g/L、80g/L、100g/L,Cu2+浓度均为4mg /L。通过育苗试验,测定黄菖蒲在不同盐浓度废水中的各项生物学性状和生理性指标,从而探究在不同盐浓度下黄菖蒲光合速率的变化以及对钠、铜的吸收效果。实验结果表明:高盐废水对黄菖蒲的光合特性影响显著,含盐量越高,净光合速率越小。此外黄菖蒲在高浓度盐废水中对Cu2+的去除能力较小,相反在低浓度盐废水中对Cu2+的去除能力显著。62165

Effects of high-salt wastewater on photosynthetic characteristics and copper removal capability of Iris pseudacorus L. in constructed wetland
Abstract:To study the adaptive response of physiological and ecological characteristics of Iris pseudacorus L. and copper removal capability of constructed wetland under high salt stress,the present experiment use soiless cultivation method to observe the growth condition of Iris pseudacorus L. in high-salt wastewater containing copper. 7 treatment groups were set up in this experiment,and NaCl content in each group were:0g/L、10g/L、20g/L、40g/L、60g/L、80g/L、100g/L,copper concentration was 4mg/L.Through the seedling test,the biological character and physiological indicators of Iris pseudacorus L. in wastewater with different salt concentration were measured,so that we could explore the changes of photosynthetic rate of Iris pseudacorus L. in different salt concentrations and the absorption effect of sodium and copper.The experimental results showed that high-salt wastewater effects the photosynthetic characteristics of Iris pseudacorus L. significantly.The higher the salt content,the smaller the net photosynthetic rate.In addition,the copper removal capability of Iris pseudacorus L. in low-salt wastewater is much more significant than high-salt wastewater.
