摘要本实验采用实时荧光定量PCR的方法,研究分析TGFBR2基因在徐淮山羊胎羊各类组织中表达的差异性,探讨TGFBR2基因的结构和功能。实验首先通过采集山羊八种组织即心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肠、背肌、腿肌的组织块,提取组织块的总RNA,再反转录得到cDNA,最后用real-time PCR方法处理cDNA,扩增TGFBR2基因,最后整理并分析数据。结果表明,在徐淮山羊的不同组织块中,TGFBR2基因的表达各不相同。各组织的表达量依次为:心(1.0000)、肝(0.1686)、脾(0.0091)、肺(0.0446)、肾(0.022)、肠(0.0426)、背肌(0.0444)、腿肌(0.0357);TGFBR2基因表达量较高的是在心、肝、背肌和腿肌组织中,其他组织表达量较低,初步推测TGFBR2基因与山羊肌肉组织发育有关。

The Study on Difference Expression of TGFBR2 Gene in Xuhuai Fetal Goat Organs
Abstract
Real-time PCR was adopted in this experiment, research and analysis of TGFBR2 gene expression in Xuhuai goat fetal sheep of difference, study of structure and function of TGFBR2 gene. The first step, we collect the goat eight kinds of tissues and is in the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, intestine, back muscle, leg muscle tissue, total RNA was extracted from tissue, followed by reverse transcription, cDNA, then the reverse transcription was cDNA, and finally PCR real-time method was used to deal with cDNA, TGFBR2 gene amplification, and finally collate and analyze the data. The results show that in different sets of Xuhuai goat tissue mass, TGFBR2 gene expression each are not identical. The expression of the organization as follows: Heart (1.0000), liver (0.1686), spleen (0.0091), lung (0.0446), kidney (0.022) and intestinal (0.0426), back muscle (0.0444), leg muscle (0.0357);TGFBR2 gene expression was higher is in heart, liver, dorsal muscle and leg muscle and other tissue the expression quantity of low, speculated that TGFBR2 gene and goat muscle development.
