摘要近年来蓝藻水华在我国的各大富营养化湖泊频频发生,形成藻灾,且危害非常的大。水华藻类爆发时水体变得粘稠,水中的溶氧量变低,使得水中的鱼、虾、以及贝类等窒息而死亡。此外,藻类会分泌有毒物质,使鱼、虾等中毒而死。对水产养殖以及水中的生物都造成了极大的危害。铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)是生活中最经常看见的也是目前实验研究最多的水华蓝藻之一。42692
本文就中华新米虾为研究对象,进行为期三个多月的室内实验,进一步探讨铜绿微囊藻对中华新米虾存活率以及密度的影响。第一种猜想:铜绿微囊藻在一定条件下产生的毒素导致中华新米虾的数量越来越少,第二种猜想:中华新米虾的存活率增高的同时铜绿微囊藻的浓度越来越低,第三种猜想:中华新米虾存活率降低的同时铜绿微囊藻的浓度越来越高。文章就铜绿微囊藻与中华新米虾两者之间的相互作用进行进一步的探究。

Study on the Density Effect of Microcystis aeruginosanosa and Neocaridina denticulata sinensis
Abstract In recent years, blue-green algae blooms occur frequently in our major eutrophic lakes, forming algae disaster and harm is very large. When the outbreak of algae blooms water becomes thick, low amount of dissolved oxygen in the water, so water fish, shrimp, shellfish and suffocation and death. In addition, algae secrete toxic substances, so that the fish, shrimp and other poisoned. Aquaculture and aquatic life have caused great harm. Aeruginosa is the most common is currently one of the largest blue-green algae blooms research.
In this paper, Neocaridina denticulata sinensis for the study, for a period of three months of laboratory experiments to further investigate the effects of Microcystis aeruginosa to Neocaridina denticulata sinensis survival and density. The first guess: aeruginosa will produce toxins lead to fewer Neocaridina denticulata sinensis, second guess:Neocaridina denticulata sinensis survival rate is high and the concentration of Microcystis aeruginosa getting lower and lower, the third suspect: Neocaridina denticulata sinensis survival rate is low and the concentration of Microcystis aeruginosa is increasing. Article on the interaction with the Neocaridina denticulata sinensis for further inquiry.
