    摘要:近年来,烤烟生产出现了缺锌的问题,合理地施用叶面肥能改善烟株的营养情况,提高烟叶的产量与质量。烟草缺锌没有明显的缺素症状,但会影响烟草叶片的含锌量和干重。本实验设置全素培养组,喷施清水组和喷施锌肥组。向缺锌烟株中位叶(倒三叶)喷施0.3% ZnSO4溶液,在处理后特定的10个时间点取样,测量叶片干重并用电热消解法测定单位质量叶片锌元素含量,结果表明:喷施锌肥能够提高叶片干重。喷施锌肥三周后,上位叶和处理叶干重与全素培养组相差无几,但是对下位叶作用有限,下位叶干重仍明显低于全素培养组,但高于喷施清水组。向中位叶喷施锌肥后锌肥能迅速地被叶片吸收,并且立即向下位叶转运,提高下位叶锌含量。向上位叶的转运滞后于向下位叶的转运,并且转运的量也较小。41917

    Effects of Foliar Fertilizer on Zinc Absorption, Translocation and Distribution in Zinc - deficient Tobacco Leaves

    Abstract: In recent years, flue-cured tobacco production has a high level of tobacco nicotine, chemical composition is not coordinated and other issues, the rational and effective use of foliar fertilizer can improve the nutritional status of tobacco plants to promote physiological metabolism, improve the yield and quality of tobacco. The Tobacco zinc deficiency has no obvious deficiency symptoms, but will affect the tobacco leaves zinc content and dry weight. In this experiment, the control group, spraying water group and spraying zinc fertilizer group were set up. The results showed that spraying zinc fertilizer could increase the content of zinc in unit leaves After three weeks of spraying zinc fertilizer, the dry weight of the upper leaves and the median leaves were almost the same as those of the whole culture group, but the effect on the lower leaves was limited, and the dry weight of the lower leaves was still significantly lower than that of the whole control group. The zinc fertilizer can be absorbed by the leaves quickly and then transported down to the lower leaves to increase the zinc content in the lower leaves. The transport of the upper leaves lags behind the transport of the lower leaves, and the amount of transhipment is also small.

        烟草的经济价值比较高,在促进地方经济增长、创造国家财政收入方面有着不可替代的作用,在我国云南、贵州等集中产烟区,仅有1/4的耕地用于种植烟草,但是烟草种植业的收入占农业总收入的一半以上,被农民称为致富的短、平、快作物。显然,作为国民经济的一个重要产业,烟草行业在发展国民经济中具有相当重要的地位[1]。
