摘 要:利用纤文素酶 法提取三七总皂甙,通过正交实验和响应面实验对提取工艺条件进行优化,并对提取液的抗氧化性进行了研究。结果表明:超声波提取的最佳参数是料液比1:15(g/mL)、乙醇浓度70%、超声时间35 min;纤文素酶的最佳酶解条件是酶解时间60 min、酶解温度40℃、酶用量2.2%、pH值4.0,在此条件下三七总皂甙的提取率高达1.795%。另外,三七总皂甙的提取液可以清除超氧阴离子自由基,也可使三价铁离子还原为二价亚铁离子,说明其具有一定的抗氧化能力。 36948

Extraction and antioxidant activity of total saponins from panax notoginseng
Abstract:Total saponins of panax notoginseng were extracted by cellulase assisted with ultrasonic extraction. The extraction conditions were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface methodology, and the antioxidant activity of the extracts was studied. The results showed that the material liquid ratio was 1:15 (g/mL), ethanol concentration was 70%, ultrasonic time was 35 min. Optimum conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis were as follows: enzymatic hydrolysis time was 60 min, enzyme solution temperature was 40℃, enzyme dosage was 2.2%, pH values was 4.0, under which the extraction rate of total saponins of panax notoginseng reached 1.795%. In addition, the extract of total saponins of panax notoginseng can can remove superoxide anion free radicals, and can also make the trivalent ferrous iron reduction for palent ions, which indicated that the extract of total saponins of panax notoginseng has a certain antioxidant activity.
