摘要:本设计为环形加热炉,其优点是可以在长宽比较小的厂房内安装使用,料坯放在转动的炉底上进行加热,出料方式为侧出料。首先要进行燃料燃烧计算,因为已知条件的燃料成分有问题要进行换算;进一步算出金属加热时间并确定炉长和中径;随后利用热平衡算出燃料消耗量;最后是换热器、烧嘴、管道、烟囱的选用和设计。大部分参数都是需要查表或者查图来确定,而查表的数据之间关联性很大,所以会需要花大量时间去修改。燃料燃烧和热平衡定稿后剩下的就是需要参考一些书籍的设计和设备的选用,如鼓风机、烟道的设计等等。70041
