摘要模具设计制造的方法有很多种,冲压模具,吹塑模具,注塑模具,等。笔者本次所做 的设计是注塑模具。注塑模具相对于其他成型方法,优点很多,一次成型可以多次使用, 创造巨大利益。可以一模多腔进行注塑。而且表面质量、产品合格率相较于其他模具设计 都有大幅提高。笔者的设计分为几个步骤来的。首先对塑件进行测量,因为三卡固定接线 盒上盖形状较不规则,测量尺寸略有困难,用 CAD 软件来记录塑件具体尺寸。然后通过 UG 三维软件抄画出具体塑件形状,再而分析选择出塑件分型面;根据零件尺寸计算出单个塑 件所需注射量,在乘以型腔数,选择出所需注射机,选择标准模架,支承零件,等。再来 运用 Mold Flow 软件进行模流分析。70012

Injection mold design for three card is fixed on the junction box cover
Abstact Mold design and manufacture of a variety of methods, stamping die, blow mold, injection mold, etc.. The author of this design is the injection mold. And surface quality, product pass rate compared to other mold design has increased significantly. The author's design is pided into several steps to. First of all, the plastic parts to be measured, because the three card fixed junction box cover shape is irregular, measuring the size of a little difficult, using CAD software to record the specific dimensions of plastic parts. Then through the UG software to copy the drawing out specific shapes of plastic parts, and then analyze choose plastic pieces of parting surface; according to the parts size calculation of the single plastic parts required injection quantity, multiplied by the number of cavities, choose the required injection machine, selecting the standard mold base supporting parts,. Then use Flow Mold software to carry on the mold flow analysis.
