摘要目前,研究口腔环境的途径可分为两种:临床研究和体外实验。由于临床研究的试验周期长、不确定因素较多、可行性较差,大多数学者选择使用体外模拟真实口腔的实验方法进行研究,因此,口腔环境模拟装置成为了广大学者研究口腔环境的重要工具。口腔环境模拟装置是一类模仿真实口腔生物环境的体外装置,它既可用于研究口腔生物环境和牙齿损耗形式,还可以对牙科修复体的性能进行测试。本文在充分了解口腔生物环境、口腔力学环境的基础上,通过Pro E、AutoCAD等图形软件对口腔环境模拟装置的结构进行了初步地设计,并详细的论述了所设计的口腔环境模拟装置的功能原理以及各个分系统的设计过程。60828

Title Design of the Oral Environment Simulation Device
Abstract
Currently, there are two ways to study the oral environment: in vitro study and clinical study. Most scholars would rather choose to use in vitro experiments to simulate real oral study because of the long trials cycle,uncertain factors and poor feasibility of the clinical study. Therefore, the oral environment simulation device becomes an important tool for majority of scholars to study the oral environment.The oral environment simulation device is a kind of in vitro device that imitates the real oral biological environment, which can be used to study the oral biological environment,the loss form of tooth, and to test the performance of the dental prosthesis. Based on fully understanding of the oral biological environment and the oral mechanical environment,this paper puts forward a structure design scheme of the oral environment simulation device preliminarily through Pro E, AutoCAD and other graphic software ,and introduces the working principle of the design of the oral environment simulation device as well as the process of designing each subsystem in detail.
