本文以深侵彻钻地武器攻击深层地下目标为背景, 研究了高速弹体侵彻土壤/混凝土多层复合介质的弹道稳定性问题。 建立了弹体侵彻多层介质的数学模型,通过计算侵彻阻力并求解运动方程得到了弹体质心的运动轨迹;基于 ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立了高速弹体侵彻覆土层及土壤/混凝土多层介质的有限元模型并对不同入射条件下的侵彻过程进行了数值模拟,获得了不同入射角条件下弹体侵彻土壤时的跳弹规律并分析了弹体入射角、初速及攻角等因素对侵彻多层介质弹道稳定性的影响;模拟了不同质心位置的弹体侵彻多层介质的过程,分析了弹体结构对弹道稳定性的影响规律。研究结果对于钻地弹战斗部结构设计具有指导意义,同时可以为地下深层防御工事的防护设计提供一定的参考。59537

Title Study on the Trajectory Stability of High-Speed
Projectile Penetrating Multilayered Target
Abstract Deep earth penetrating weapons attacking underground targets as background, the trajectory stability problem of high-speed projectile penetrating multilayered concrete/soil target is studied. Mathematic model of penetration into multilayered target is built to describe the motion track of projectile centroid by calculating the resistive force and solving the equations of motion. Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA, finite element model of high-speed projectile penetrating soil target and layered soil/concrete target are built and simulations of penetration process are made, which describe the process of penetration under different incident conditions. The ricochet law of penetration into soil target under different incident angle is obtained and the influence of incident angel, initial velocity and angel of attack to trajectory stability is analyzed based on the simulations. The influence of projectile structure to the trajectory stability is also analyzed by simulating the penetrations of different centroid locations. This study is instructive to the design of earth penetrating weapons and can also provide some references to the protective design of deep underground defenses.
