摘要根据船舶行业的相关机构发布的报告,可知中国造船业正面临着危机与挑战。随着承造新接订单和手持船舶订单的减少,有多家造船厂进行破产重整。在全球市场深度调整和国内政策的鼓励支持下,内河多用途船在国内船运市场有较大的作用。论文论述了 59.99米内河多用途货船的船体结构规范设计的基本过程,其所要满足的规范要求是依据了《钢质内河船舶建造规范》2015 综合文本。根据此规范进行船舶的结构设计、计算和校核,其船体结构用钢一般采用 CCS A 级钢。设有一层连续甲板,首部设有两层甲板室,尾部设有两层甲板室。本船的货舱区域的骨架形式是纵骨架式,首尾区域的骨架形式为横骨架式。论文的主要内容如下:1.多用途货船的船型概述,船体结构规范设计的基本步骤和结构布置的一般原则,结构设计的概述。2.59.99米内河多用途货船船体主要构件尺寸的规范设计和船体总纵强度的校核。3.设计船中横剖面图、基本结构图的绘制。58506

Abstract According to the report of organizations related with shipbuilding industry, Chineseshipbuilding industry is facing challenges and crisis. With the decreasing number of shiporders, many shipyards declared bankrupt. With the influence of the global market adjustmentand the help of the Chinese government, multi-purpose vessels inland are developing rapidly.This article studies the design of a multi-purpose ship whose length is 59.99 metersbased on specification. The specification is “inland steel ship construction norms”. Theprocedure of designing, calculation and checking are all based on it. This all-welded steelconstruction vessel has a bulbous bow and a square poop. Hull structure commonly usedCCSA grade steel. The ship has a continuous deck, bow has two decks, aft deck has tworooms. The ship’s cargo area is longitudinal framed, the bow and poop are transformedframed.The main contents of this article are:(1) Overview of multi-purpose vessels, The general principles of structure design and thebasic steps of the hull specification arrangement, the overview of the structure design.(2) Design of the multi-hull 59.99 meters long river boat hull major component and thecheck of the total longitudinal strength(3)Drawing the cross-sectional view and the basic structure picture of the ship.
