摘要本设计的对象是轴流式搅拌机结构的设计,用于搅拌无菌液体。轴流式搅拌机的设计主要是将机械结构的设计作为主要搅拌对象,对其进行三维建模、校核计算、运动仿真、虚拟装配、流场仿真等。
本设计的整体结构包含几大模块动力装置、搅拌装置、抬升装置、密封装置、稳定装置。动力装置包括电动机轴、线圈、磁铁。搅拌装置包含下轴承环、上轴承环、搅拌叶片等。抬升装置包含轴承销、轴承衬套限位螺钉。稳定装置包含定位卡片、搅拌轴、定位横杆、支撑杆等元件。52356
轴流式搅拌机通过电动机带动搅拌叶片转动,从而实现搅拌功能。在本设计中先对主要零部件的结构和尺寸进行设计,然后在进行流场仿真,根据仿真的结果对其强度进行验算,再根据验算的结果来选择材料。轴流式搅拌机可对两种或者两种以上的固体或者液体进行搅拌并使其相互混合均匀,能够广泛使用于对无菌液体的搅拌。

Abstract
The object of this design is the design of axial flow type mixer structure, used for mixing sterile liquid. Design of axial flow type mixer is mainly the design of mechanical structure as the main mixing objects, three-dimensional modeling, the checking calculation, motion simulation, virtual assembly, flow field simulation.
The design of the overall structure consists of several modules, power device, a stirring device, lifting device, sealing device, stabilizing device. The power device comprises a motor shaft, coil, magnet. The stirring device comprises a bearing ring, bearing ring, mixing blades. Lifting device comprises a shaft pin, bearing bushing limit screw. Stable device comprises a positioning card, a stirring shaft, positioning bar, the supporting rod element.
Axial flow agitator drives the stirring blade to rotate by the motor, so as to realize the mixing function. First the structure and size of the main components of the design in the design, then the flow field simulation, checking its strength according to the simulation results, according to the calculation results to the choice of materials. Axial flow type mixer for mixing two or more than two kinds of solid or liquid and make its are mixed evenly, can be widely used for mixing of sterile liquid.
