摘要本文结合机械制造专业综合实训,进行典型产品三维造型和运动仿真以及CAI课件的制作。如今在计算机辅助下进行机械零件的设计、校核和系统运动仿真己经逐渐成为机械设计的发展方向。产品的拆装又具有一定复杂性,如何指导学生进行正确的拆装,保证拆装产品的完整并循环使用成为实验人员关注的焦点,CAI课件的制作将有效解决该问题。49757
通过对产品的工作原理和内部结构的分析,依据其结构及相关技术参数,进行零件拆装和测绘、工程图绘制、三维造型、典型零件的工艺制订和仿真加工等。重点进行了基于Solidworks环境的产品零件三维建模和虚拟装配,能将产品的运动更具体的展现在人们面前;对柴油机箱体进行数控加工,使用Mastercam进行箱体零件的自动编程,利用Vericut软件进行数控加工工艺系统仿真;制作爆炸视图、三维动画和运动仿真视频,使用VideoStudio视频编辑软件进行文字及音效编辑,并整理为CAI课件直观展示产品的拆装过程及运动,指导操作者进行产品的拆装。

Abstract In this paper, 3D modeling and motion simulation of the typical products and CAI courseware are made for machinery manufacturing professional comprehensive training. Today computer-aided design, checking and system motion simulation has gradually become the direction of the mechanical design. The assembly and disassembly of the product also are difficult. How to guide students to correct assembly and disassembly and ensure recycled use of product has become the focus of laboratory personnel. CAI courseware will effectively solve the problem.
The following work is done including disassembly, mapping, engineering drawings, 3D modeling, process development, NC machining simulation processing and so on, through analysis of the work principle and internal structure based on the construction and the related technical parameters. We concentrate on the 3D Modeling and visual assembly of component based on Solidworks to present the movement of products more vivid and concrete. We machine the engine frame and use Mastercam to program the box component automaticly, and NC machining process system simulation by Vericut. We make the exploring view, 3D animation and motion simulation video by VideoStudio to compile the words and soundtrack. Then, we integrate those video into CAI courseware to show the dismounting procedure and movement in order to guide the operator the dismounting of product.
