    摘要本设计主要是设计一套连续上板机构并可以实现自动填板,要求每10S可以完成一次上板。该上板机构共分为四个主要部分:分别是进料剁位、送板机、气动抬板装置以及挡板机构。进料剁位用于存放板料,在送板机需要板料时可以快速填装;送板机将板料由底部逐一送往生产线;气动抬板装置是将上部板料抬起,以减少其对最下层板的摩擦力,方便送板机送板;挡板机构用于挡住除被送板以外的板料,每次只允许一块板通过以配合送板机一起将板料逐一送往生产线。整套装置的抬板与板料的填充由PLC控制程序控制,气动装置由气压缸进行控制,实现抬板的往复运动,送板机由直流电机进行驱动。本次设计主要是对进料剁位、送板机、气动抬板装置以及挡板机构进行设计计算及对PLC控制原理的说明。49435

    Abstract This topical is mainly to design a set of continuous plate mechanism, and which can automatically fill board, it require that the mechanism can be completed on a plate in each 10s. The upper plate body is pided into four main sections: Feeding sheets machine,Send machine, Pneumatic plate lifting device and a baffle plate mechanism. Feeding sheets machine is used for the storage of plate material, when the Sending machine needs sheet ,it can be quickly filled; Send machine is uesed for transporting the plate material from the bottom to the production line one by one; Pneumatic plate lifting device can lift the upper sheet, in order to reduce their impact on the lower plate friction, so that the Feeding machine will be convenient to feeding plates;the Baffle mechanism is used for blocking the plate materials outside of the plate that should be sent, it only allows a piece of plate through so that it can match the Sent machine to sent the plate material to the production line one by one. The entire device which congtains carrying plate and filling the sheet is controlled by the PLC control program, the Pneumatic device is controlled by pneumatic cylinder,which can realize the reciprocating motion of the lifting plate;the Feeding machine is drived by DC motor. This design is mainly about the Feeding sheets machine, Send machine, Pneumatic plate lifting device and a baffle mechanism, and I will also do some descripition to the PLC control principles.
