摘要:三维瞬态冲击接触问题是一个复杂的问题,它涉及到几何、材料,边界条件等各种非线性问题,计算耗时非常巨大,弹丸惯性卡膛过程属于三维瞬态冲击接触问题,由于目前实验条件的限制,单纯的靠实验很难得到精确的结果。62929
本文主要分析在不同的输弹速度情况下,弹带的卡膛过程及其相关知识。本文针对弹丸的卡膛过程建立了弹丸、弹带及身管的有限元模型,通过HyperMesh软件对其进行了网格划分等前处理,对考虑不同材料模型和不同输弹速度的弹带卡膛过程进行了参数的设定,通过非线性有限元ABAQUS软件对模型进行了计算,得出了输弹速度与弹带卡膛深度之间以及所受阻力的关系。

Title: the research of band bayont-chamber depth with different speeds of feeding ammunition
Abstract Three-dimensional transient impact contact problem is a complex issue. It relates to various nonlinear problems such as the geometry, material and boundary conditions.It takes enormous computing. inertial bayonet-chamber process of a projectile belongs to three-dimensional transient impact contact problem. By a simple experiment is difficult to obtain the exact results due to the current limitations of experimental conditions.
This article mainly analysises the inertial bayonet-chamber process of the driving band and related knowledge in different speeds of feeding ammunition. This article establishes finite element model of projectile,band and barrel for inertial bayonet-chamber process of a projectile. The model is meshed by HyperMesh and was setted the parameters. Model is calculated by nonlinear finite element, ABAQUS,and obtain the relationship between the speeds of feeding ammunition and the depth of bayonet-chamber,and the the relationship between the speeds of feeding ammunition and the resistance.
