摘要换热器是广泛应用于化工、炼油、航空等各种行业的一种工艺设备。换热设备换热效率高低决定了工业过程的经济性的高低。近年来,限于工艺,能源各方面的问题,研究新型换热器是各研究所重点研究的课题。48914
螺旋扁管换热器依靠其极高的换热效率,不易结垢,易清洗等优点,走进了各行各业。本文对现有的螺旋扁管的成型方法进行了归纳总结,基于前人的思考以及自身的分析总结,设计了一种新型的螺旋扁管的加工设备。本论文主要完成了该加工设备的成型模块与旋转模块的设计、计算与三维实体建模,并进行了支座与底座的设计。该设备利用成型模块的轧辊压扁圆管,旋转传动模块将所压扁的圆管扭曲成型,这种方法加工出来的螺旋扁管质量更高,同时也提高了生产效率,这种设备亦可以生产多规格的螺旋扁管。

Title Design of forming mechanism of Twisted Tube processing equipment
Abstract
Heat exchanger is widely used in chemical, oil refining, aviation and other industries of a process equipment. The heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchange equipment determines the economic level of the industrial process. In recent years, limited to the method of process, the energy of all aspects of the problem, research new heat exchanger is the focus of research topics.
Twisted Tube heat exchanger depends on its high heat exchange efficiency, not easy to scale, easy to clean and so on, into all walks of life. The forming method of the existing Twisted Tube were summarized in this paper. Based on the previous thinking and its analysis, a new type of Twisted Tube processing equipment was
Designed. The equipment making use of roll pressure oblate tube, then rotate it, the Twisted tube were processed. Production efficiency is high, production of Twisted Tube of higher quality, it also can production various specifications of Twisted Tube.
