    摘要焦炭是钢铁工业的重要原燃料,随着我国钢铁工业迅速发展,对焦炭的质量提出了更高的要求。而我国优质的炼焦煤资源趋于紧缺,而煤是不可再生资源,随着钢铁经济的发展,优质炼焦煤资源的开采与争夺日益激烈。33091
    捣固炼焦技术可用炼焦原料煤资源广、焦炭产量高、质量好,在满足钢铁工业需求的同时可极大的缓解炼焦煤资源紧缺的不利局面。捣固炼焦是将配合煤在捣固煤槽内捣实成体积略小于炭化室的煤饼后,由托板从焦炉的机侧推入炭化室内高温干馏。该项技术通过捣固过程提高散装煤的堆密度,增强煤料的粘结性,有利于增加配煤中高挥发分和弱粘结煤用量。捣固后煤的密度增大,内部煤粒接触紧密,在炼焦过程中促进了粘结组分和非粘结组分的结合,从而改善了煤的结焦性,提高了焦炭质量,同时可以扩大弱粘结性煤用量,缓解炼焦煤资源紧缺的不利局面。
    本文通过理论分析和计算完成捣固焦炉设备推煤机构的设计。采用电机驱动,考虑到水平长距离传动,选用了链传动,设计内容包括链轮的设计,链节的选择;推煤板及装煤底板的设计计算等。

    Abstract
    Coke is the important crude fuel of iron and steel industry. Since the rapid development of Chinese iron and steel industry, put forward higher requirements about the quality of the coke. And tend to be a shortage of high-quality coking coal resources in our country, the coal is non-renewable resources, with the development of iron and steel, high-quality coking coal resources mining and for the increasingly fierce.
    Tamping coking technology available coking raw material coal resources and high coke yield, good quality, to meet the demand for iron and steel industry at the same time can greatly relieve the shortage of coking coal resources. Tamping coking coal is to cooperate in coal tamping tamping groove into volume chamber of briquette, slightly less than the plate from the coke oven machine thrust into the carbonization of indoor high temperature carbonization. The technology through the stamping process improve the bulk density of bulk coal, strengthen the caking property of coal, is helpful to increase high volatile coal blending and the weak caking coal consumption.
    In this paper, through theoretical analysis and calculation with tamping coke oven pushing mechanism of the coal equipment. Driven by motor, considering the level of long-distance transmission, choose the chain, design contents include the design of the sprocket, chain link choice; Pushing coal plate, and the calculation in the design of coal floor, etc.
