    摘要车载折臂式液压升降台的应用十分广泛,是一种广泛应用于商店、工厂、码头、机关、建筑装修行业的一种具有高空作业能力的工具。本设计采用plc编程进行控制,以提高设备操控的自动化和灵活性。其次,本液压升降平台具备四个支腿臂的内外伸缩臂设计用于平衡采用液压缸驱动,不但节省了人力,而且提高了平台的工作效率。再者,本设计较其他液压升降平台不同之处是其升降高度采用程序控制监控,提高了其升降的准确度。设计过程采用强度计算的方法,对零部件进行精确计算,优化了零部件材料以及其结构。 最后,通过受力分析确定起重臂在运动过程中所需承受的最大力来进行安全分析,完善其可靠性分析,增加整个系统的稳定性。31833
    本设计采用的逆向工程方法,对现有的各种的液压升平台比较分析,要点是在传统的结构设计的基础上加以强度校核,受力分析;保持一般液压升降平台的线控方式,即按键控制,开始按键时,升降台上升或者下降,直到到达指定位置,松开按键立即停止,人工按键采用单路八通控制方式;在原有的液压升降平台基础上,改进人工拖动液压升降平台为自动控制的支撑腿为液压缸驱动。

    Abstract
    The application of the vehicle mounted hydraulic lift platform is very extensive, and is a tool for the high working ability of shops, factories, docks, offices and building decoration industry..This design uses PLC programming to control, in order to improve the automation and flexibility of the equipment operation. Secondly, the hydraulic lift platform with four legs of the arm design for the balance of the use of hydraulic cylinder driven, not only saves the manpower, but also improve the working efficiency of the platform. Moreover, the design of the other hydraulic lifting platform is different from the height of its lifting height control monitoring, improve the accuracy of its movements. The design process uses the method of intensity calculation, carries on the accurate computation to the spare parts, optimizes the spare part material and its structure. Finally, through the stress analysis to determine the arm in the process of movement required to withstand the maximum force for safety analysis. Analysis for improving the reliability, increase the stability of the whole system.
    This design uses the method of reverse engineering, the existing hydraulic lift platform comparative analysis, the point is on the basis of the traditional design of the structure to be strength check and stress analysis; keep the wire control mode of hydraulic lifting platform, namely, key control, start button, the lifting platform rise or fall, until you reach the designated position, release the button to stop immediately, the artificial keys using single channel eight control mode; in the original hydraulic lifting platform based on improved artificial drag hydraulic lifting platform for automatic control of the supporting leg for hydraulic cylinder drive.
