摘要空气加湿是指增加空气中水蒸气含量,使其达到所需湿度的重要技术,广泛运用于工业生产和日常生活等领域。为得到不同湿度的空气,设计出了一种用颗粒移动床加湿空气的实验装置方案,首先是颗粒移动床设计,包括对颗粒的选型、移动床中流体-固体复杂流动的传热计算、传质计算和压降计算,设计出移动床的尺寸;其次是辅助设备的设计与选型计算,包括给颗粒进行补充水分和热量的颗粒加温加湿装置设计,出料机、送料机的选型,实现加湿空气流动的气体输送设备选型。初步设计出的空气加湿装置通过改变颗粒移动床中颗粒的进料温度和速度,可得到不同湿度的出口空气。本空气加湿装置只是形成设计方案,还有待搭建实验装置验证其性能和进行更深入研究。 31784
