    设计总说明:本设计所涉及的污水处理厂位于浙江省东中部,其废水主要是来自该地区的生活污水,污水量一期2万m3/d,远期10万m3/d ,进水CODcr:300mg/L、BOD5:150mg/L、NH3-N:25mg/L、TN:29mg/L、SS:180mg/L。
    经过对各生物法处理工艺的研究比较,确定采用卡鲁赛尔氧化沟处理工艺,用以达到脱氮和降解有机物的目的。卡鲁赛尔氧化沟工艺相比AB法、A2O法、活性污泥法等都拥有其独特的优势。抗冲击负荷能力强,能应对水质水量的较大波动;污泥稳定性好,不发生丝状膨胀。此外,其立式表面曝气器单机功率大,调节性能好,平均氧转移动力效率高、有较强的混合搅拌和抗冲击负荷能力。
    设计中,格栅截流较大的悬浮物或漂浮物;旋流沉砂池利用水力涡流,使泥沙和有机物分开,加速砂粒的沉淀;氧化沟利用沟内的表曝产生的径流为动力,推动氧化沟内液体流动,高效地降解废水中有机污染物,达到同时脱氮的目的;辐流式二沉池使泥水分离,确保污水处理系统的出水水质;污泥浓缩池降低剩余污泥的含水率,减少污泥的体积,方便后续处理。
    设计中废水经水泵一次提升后,靠重力流完成污水的全工艺处理,满足动力消耗少,废水处理费用低,操作管理方便的要求。10178
    根据确定的工艺流程,本设计通过对构筑物(包括格栅、旋流沉砂池、卡鲁赛尔氧化沟、二沉池和污泥浓缩池)主要尺寸的设计计算、水力损失及管径选择,完成了设计工艺说明、工艺流程图(含高层布置)、厂区平面布置图和主体构筑物单体图。
    本工程投资费用为3000万元,具有技术上可行、经济上合理的效果。卡鲁赛尔氧化沟工艺池深较浅,并且不设初沉池,因此土建费用少;另外,该工艺运行管理简单,自动化程度高,运行管理的费用也相对较低,污水处理费用0.47元/m3;整个工艺流程具有总投资少,运行稳定、二次污染少、处理效果好、能耗低等优点,并且尾水达标排放。
    废水经处理后,BOD5≤20mg/ L,CODcr≤60mg/ L,SS≤20mg/ L,NH3-N≤8mg/ L,TN≤20mg/L,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)国家一级排放标准B标准,一期建成后,每年削减向环境排放的COD为1752吨,从而使受污染的水质得到极大的改善,达到消除污染、实现保护环境、造福人类的目的。

     Process Design of A Sewage Treatment Plant
    General Information Of Design:The design involved a county sewage treatment plant is located in middle-east Zhejiang Province, its water mainly from domestic sewage in the region. The initial design plans: The amount of sewage is 20000 m3 / d (the long-term one: 100000 m3 / d). The indicator of waste water quality standard is: CODcr: 300 mg/L, BOD5: 150 mg/L, NH3-N: 25 mg/L, TN:29 mg/L, SS: 180 mg/L.
    By comparing the research of several biology treating processes, the design uses the Carrousel oxidation ditch to remove the nitrogen and organic. The Carrousel oxidation ditch compare to other process such as AB process, A20 process , activated sludge process and so on has its unique advantages. High shock load capability, able to cope with large fluctuations in water quality and quantity; high sludge stability, and filamentous expansion does not occur. In addition, it has high vertical surface aerator power, good regulating performance, high efficiency of the average oxygen transfer, there is a strong mixing and shock load capacity.
    In the design, through the closure of a large grid suspended solids or floating debris; swirling vortex grit chamber is to use water to separate the silt and organic matter to speed up the sand in the sediment, in order to achieve grit objectives; oxidation ditch main role is to use the table exposed trench runoff generated as a driving force to promote the oxidation of liquid groove flow, thus effectively Degradation of organic pollutants, nitrogen removal at the time to achieve the purpose; radial flow secondary sedimentation tank's main role is to ensure the water quality of sewage treatment systems; sludge thickener main role is to reduce the remaining pollution soil moisture content, reducing the volume of sludge to facilitate the follow-up treatment.
