摘要本毕业论文以高增塑剂含量叠氮硝胺发射药(后面简称DA药)为研究对象,利用叠氮硝胺易与多炔基化合物发生反应的原理,研究了相适应的表面钝感剂、钝感工艺试验及其钝感药的基本性能。主要研究结果如下:
(1)研究钝感剂NPM与叠氮硝胺的反应活性,固化结果表明NPM与叠氮硝胺质量比为1:1时,固化效果最好。对原料和产物进行红外和DSC检测,证明NPM和叠氮硝胺易发生反应,且反应产物聚三唑与DA药的相容性和安定性较好。
(2)采用湿法钝感技术钝感DA药,对比不同钝感剂和钝感条件对钝感效果的影响。采用密闭爆发器试验对钝感DA药的燃烧性能进行表征,分析得到:以NPM作为钝感剂的钝感DA药具有较好的燃烧渐增性。
(3)通过加速老化试验研究钝感剂在DA药中的迁移性能,结果表明以NPM为钝感剂的钝感发射药老化后,发射药初始燃烧动态活度略有升高,燃烧渐增性能减弱;而以另一多炔基化合物NPA为钝感剂的钝感发射药,燃烧渐增性能良好,且老化后期燃烧性能基本不变,说明钝感剂在钝感药中的抗迁移性能很好。9710

Title Study on Surface Modification Technique of Gun Propellant
Abstract
To solve the surface deterring technology problem of azide nitramine gun propellant (DA propellant) with high plasticizer concentration, a multi-alkynyl compound was used to be a deterrent which can react with DIANP . A series of experiments was done .Following are the conclusions of the study.
(1) It was found that when their mass ratio was 1:1, it would have a good curing effect. The reactivity between NPM and DIANP was characterized with FTIR and DSC. It certified that NPM can react with DIANP and the product have good compatibility and stability with DA propellant.
(2) DA grain propellant was deterred by the way of Wet insensitive. Insensitive effect were discussed by different deterrents and process conditions deterring. The closed bomb experiment’s conclusions are these: NPM show better deterring effect for DA propellant.
(3) Heat accelerated aging test results show that, the initial dynamic activity of propellant detered by NPM was reduced and the burning progression weakened after the accelerating aging. But the other propellant detered by NPA have good burning progression and show good anti-mobility for DA propellant.
