摘要本课题探讨了电场作用对有机膜过滤中膜污染过程的影响,对不同状态下有机膜抗污染性能进行评价。所做的工作包括反应器的组建、电极材料的制备和对不同状态下有机膜抗污染性能的表征。其中有机膜的表征以PP膜(聚丙烯膜)和PVDF膜(聚氟类微滤膜)为研究对象,在通电情况下比较膜污染性能,比较后得出的性能更好的膜进行进一步研究。该研究包括在不同电压和不同PH下有机膜对蛋白质的截留率和通量衰减情况,根据截留率和通量的大小确定有机膜的最佳电压和最适宜PH以及在适宜的电压下对有机膜进行冲洗,完成后测定膜的清洗通量恢复率。实验完成后收集溶液测其TOC,将通电与不通电时的情况作对比。实验结果表明,PVDF膜在通电情况下的性能比PP膜优越。在电压为60V,PH为6.8的时候,有机膜的过滤效果最好。在通电的情况下,有机膜的通量恢复率相比较不通电的时候要有很大的提升,可以达到95%以上。63852

Abstract The project discusses the effect of electric field makes on the process of membranes fouling when the organic membranes are in filtration and evaluation about the antipollution of organic membranes in different conditions. Our work includes the formation of reactor, the preparation of electrode materials and the characterization of organic membranes fouling in filtration. The characterization of organic membranes is to compare the functions about PP membrane (Polypropylene membrane) and PVDF membrane (Polyvinylidene Fluoride membrane) in electrify conditions. After the characterization, we choose the more superior one in functions to make further study. The study contains interception capacity of the organic membranes to protein in different voltage and PH. According to the capacity, we can ensure the most appropriate voltage and PH, and we the use pure water to clean the organic membranes in the profitable voltage and determine the recovery rate of cleaning flux. After the experiment, the solution must be collected to measure the TOC. We make comparations between electricity and no electricity. The result of the experiment suggests that PVDF membrane is superior to PP membrane when in electrify condition. The filtration of the organic membranes is best when the voltage is in 60V and PH is 6.8.In electrify condition, the recovery rate of cleaning flux of organic membranes is much higher than that in no electrify condition. The recovery rate of cleaning flux can be more than 95%.
