摘要本文利用水热合成法合成有序介孔材料SBA-15和MCM-41,对SBA-15和MCM-41进行基本表征。XRD表征说明所合成的SBA-15和MCM-41为有序六方孔结构;N2吸附/脱附实验说明SBA-15具有较大的比表面积;SEM可以看出MCM-41颗粒呈球状堆积,分布较均匀,直径约为200-300 nm,SBA-15大部分为棒状,长度为700-800 nm,宽度约为300-500 nm。
本文以硅基分子筛SBA-15作为吸附剂,研究了其吸附含苯酚模拟废水,分别考察了pH、温度、接触时间和初始浓度影响下的最佳吸附条件。结果表明:当pH为4,温度为15 ℃,吸附时间为40 min,初始浓度为100 mg/L时,SBA-15对苯酚的吸附达到最佳。并对SBA-15吸附苯酚进行了热力学和动力学的研究,结果表明:SBA-15对苯酚的吸附均满足Langmuir吸附等温方程和准二级吸附动力学。63817

Title Ordered Mesoporous for Adsorption of Phenol in Waste Water Treatment
Abstract In this paper,using hydrothermal synthesis method synthesizes the ordered mesoporous materials SBA - 15 and MCM - 41, and characterizes them.XRD patterns illustrate the synthesized SBA-15 and MCM-41 have the ordered hexagonal pore structure;N2 adsorption / desorption experiments show that SBA-15 has a larger surface area;It can be seen from SEM that MCM-41 particles were accumulation as ellipsoidal, distributes more uniformly, and diameter is about 200-300 nm.Most of the SBA-15 are present as rod, their length is 700-800 nm and their width is about 300-500 nm.
In this paper, silicon-based molecular sieve SBA-15 is used to study the adsorption of phenol-containing wastewateras the adsorbent and the influence of pH, temperature, contact time and initial concentration are studied.The results show that: the adsorption for phenol is optimal when pH is 4, the temperature is 15 ℃, adsorption time is 40 min and the initial concentration is 100 mg/L.The adsorption of SBA-15 on phenol is carried out thermodynamic and kinetic studies, the results showed that: The adsorption of SBA-15 on phenol meet the Langmuir isotherm equation and the quasi-two adsorption kinetics.
