摘要:浓香型烟叶是我国特色烤烟香型烟叶的重要组成部分,其香气浓郁透发,烟气饱满的特点对实现卷烟产品的保香增香具有重要的意义,但是浓香型卷烟刺激性大、劲头大,相对粗糙的口感等特点为其减分不少,所以通过对其进行加料加香可以改善其缺点并能对其优点进行发扬。本课题主要研究通过添加料液和表香对烟草的口感和香来进行修饰,经过反复评吸和修改配方来改善卷烟吃和香气,使得加料加香后的样品卷烟烟气柔和适口、刺激性小、杂气减少、余干净舒适,整体烟香协调,并具有浓香型卷烟的特征风格。62072

Study on the method of Chinese Luzhou-flavour cigarette flavouring
Abstract: Luzhou-flavor tobacco leaf is an important part of our country characteristics of flue-cured tobacco scent and the characteristics of rich smell sending and the full realization of cigarette products for flue gas fragrant incense has the vital significance. But big cigarette excitant, strength, and relatively coarse taste characteristics of the Luzhou-flavour lost its score. So flavouring on it can improve its shortcomings and to carry forward its advantages. Therefore, this topic mainly study add feed liquid and surface aroma for improve the taste and smell of tobacco. Make the samples after charging flavored cigarettes smoke perfectly soft, excitant small, mixed gas decrease, the finish is clean and comfortable, incense smoke to coordinate as a whole. And has the characteristics of Luzhou-flavor cigarette style.
