摘要:蜜甜类香料香精,指带有蜂蜜样清甜香气或口感的天然香料和合成香精,一般包括蜂蜜,玫瑰花油,苯乙醇,苯乙酸及苯乙酸酯类等,应用在卷烟的加料加香中,它们的作用十分明显。在加料中蜜甜类香料如蜂蜜,可以作为糖类物质除了起调作用以外,还有一定对烟丝的保润作用。而玫瑰花油等可以作为增香料,起增香,固香,掩盖杂气的作用,大大提高卷烟品质。在加香中,蜜甜类香精大多出现在清香型烤烟的头香和体香中,与其它香型香精配合,起增加卷烟圆熟和津醇的吸。因此,本课题主要研究蜜甜类香料香精在卷烟加料加香中的应用,选择清香型卷烟的配方框架,写出以蜜甜类香料香精为主体的配方,通过反复评吸和修改香精用量来改善卷烟吃和整体香气,使得最后的样品杂气杂减少,刺激性小,具有蜜甜的独特香气和口感,整体协调,更加柔和。根据实验评价蜜甜类香料对卷烟香气以及吃的影响,并概括蜜甜类香料香精在卷烟中的应用效果。43143

Research on Sweet flavor extracts in cigarette feeding flavored
Abstract:Sweet flavor,refers to the natural perfume and synthetic essence with the same fragrance and flavor as honey. Generally speaking,it includes honey,rose oil, phenethyl alcohol,phenylacetic acid,phenyl acetates and so on. With an obvious effect, they are commonly used in cigarette casing and flavoring. For example,sweet flavor like honey not only plays a role in seasoning, but also keeps the cut tobacco wet in casing.What's more, as a kind of added spice,rose oil greatly improves the quality of cigarette by adding flavor,fixing flavor and covering up miscellaneous odors. During the process of flavoring, sweet flavor can be mainly found in top notes and body notes of mild cigarettes. By cooperating with other flavors,sweet flavor increases cigarettes' mellow and thick tastes. All in all, this issue has been studied on the application of sweet flavor in cigarette casing and flavoring. It adopts the formula for mild type cigarettes and lists a formula with sweet flavor as the main body. To improve cigarettes' flavor and modify its aromas, the formula is carried out by repeated smoke panel tests and modifying the dosage of tobacco essences. As a result, the resulting sample is one with fewer miscellaneous odors and tastes. It has little stimulation, special sweet and more light taste. According to the experimental evaluation of sweet flavor's influences on cigarettes' flavor and taste, this issue makes a general conclusion of sweet flavor's application effects on cigarettes.
