1、设计总说明改革开放以来,中国纺织业出口刺激了国内经济的增长,提高了它国消费者的福利水平,但同时也给中国环境带来了巨大的破坏,我们不能不正视这一问题,为了探求一种环境友好型的良性健康的纺织业出口方式,我们有必要弄清楚纺织业出口是如何影响并作用于环境的,并努力寻找与环境保护的平衡点。61934
本设计对象是某城镇印染专业基地内配套建设的印染废水集中式处理污水厂,处理对象为20家印染企业生产的棉布、化纤布、织带染整废水。基地企业总环评批复排水量50000m3/d,集中污水处理厂建设规模50000m3/d。基地内实际排放废水13580m3/d,水质:CODcr:500-600mg/L,BOD5:100-200 mg/L,SS:320mg/L,色度:400-600倍。
印染废水的特点:水量大、水质变化大、有机污染物浓度高、色度深、碱度大。印染废水很难处理,处理方法一般采用物化法和生化法组合工艺,即:调节预沉池—厌氧反应池—接触氧化池—混凝沉淀—曝气生物滤池。根据相关文献及设计规范,合理选择设计参数,参与完成各构筑物设计和主要设备选型,重点完成接触氧化池及最终沉淀池的设计,接触氧化池的设备选型工作,如下:
预沉池:采用辐流式,表面负荷q=1.2m3/(m2∙h),HRT(污泥停留时间)为2.5h,h=5.4m,D=20m。
厌氧反应池:选择容积负荷q=0.5kgCOD/m3∙d,HRT=12h,两组并联,单组分7格,每格尺寸:10m×5m。
生物接触氧化池:采用组合填料,容积负荷q=0.50kg BOD/(m3∙d),填料容积V=2850m3,填料高度 h3=3.5m,HRT=6.7h;8组并联运行,单组分2格,单格尺寸:10m×5m,需氧量GS=160m3/min。
终沉池:采用辐流式,表面负荷q=1.2m3/(m2∙h),停留时间为2.0h,h=4.9m,D=20m。
曝气生物滤池:q滤料=0.35kgCODCr/(m3∙d),滤料高度h3=3.0m,停留时间为3.8h,分4组,单组5格,每格尺寸:6m×6m,需氧量GS=70m3/min。
重点完成接触氧化池构筑物图,设备安装图绘制,包括组合填料布置及安装图,以及曝气图纸的绘制工作。
通过该工艺处理,出水需要满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》GB18918-2002二级排放标准。
