摘要本文采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法(SPE-HPLC)建立了水体中的马来酸氨氯地平与阿替洛尔这2种阳离子药物及个人护理用品(PPCPs)的检测方法。用甲醇- KH2PO4作为流动相,在温度:30℃、进样量:15ul的条件下,研究了马来酸氨氯地平与阿替洛尔的日内精密度、日间精密度、加标回收率、最低检测限。其结果显示,马来酸氨氯地平的日内精密度范围在4.16%-12.24%,日间精密度在2.95%-11.88%,加标回收率在90%-110%,最低检测限为5.2ug/L;阿替洛尔日内精密度范围在4.72%-14.23%,日间精密度在2.88%-12.22%,加标回收率在95%-112%,最低检测限为6.9ug/L。分别采用C18、Poly-Sery HLB、WATER OASIS HLB对2种药物进行了富集提取。其结果显示,马来酸氨氯地平采用Poly-Sery HLB、100%甲醇洗脱,得到最高回收率为71.3%。阿替洛尔采用WATER OASIS HLB、90%甲醇洗脱,得到的最高回收率为88.4%。59869

Title Analysis methods for the PPCPs pollutants in water
Abstract
In this paper, a solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC) method has been developed for the determination of maleate amlodipine and atenolol these two kinds of cationic pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) in water. In the temperature: 30 ℃、the injection volume: 15ul conditions, making methanol - KH2PO4 as the mobile phase todetect maleate amlodipine and atenolol for the intraday precision, the interday precision, the recovery and the minimum detection limit. The results showed that the intraday precision of maleate amlodipine ranges from 4.16% to12.24%, interday precision ranges from 2.95% to 11.88%,the recovery ranges from 90% to 110% ,the minimum detection limit is 5.2ug/L ; the intraday precision of atenolol ranges from 4.72% to 14.23%, interday precision ranges from 2.88% to 12.22%, and the recovery ranges from 95% to 112%, the minimum detection limit is 6.9ug/L.
