摘要本文采用添加不同种类导电填料、两种或多种导电填料并用的方法制备具有导电性能的硅橡胶复合材料。添加的导电填料有F900超导电炭黑,乙炔炭黑以及镀银玻璃微珠。通过改变填料添加量,改变并用填料的配比来进行对比实验。电学性能的测量方法是利用四探针测量复合材料的电阻率(Ω·cm),力学性能的测量方法是用硬度计测量其邵氏硬度(Shore A),用螺旋测微仪测量其厚度(mm),用万能试验机上测试拉伸强度(MPa)、扯断伸长率(%)和抗撕裂强度(N/mm)。对导电硅橡胶复合材料的力学性能和电学性能进行比较分析从而得出一个力学性能和电学性能兼顾的配方。59860

Title Preparation of Conductive Silicone Rubber and Research of PTC effect
Abstract It made silicone rubber composites with conductive properties by adding different kinds of conductive fillers of blend of two or multiple conductive fillers. Those conductive fillers were F900 super conductive carbon black, acetylene carbon and silver-coated glass bead. It carried out comparative tests by changing the content of fillers and ratio of different fillers. Electrical performance measurement method was using the four-point probe method to measuring resistivity of composites(Ω·cm). Used four method to measure the mechanical properties, they were: hardness measured by hardness tester (Shore A); thickness measured by spiral gauge(mm); tensile strength(MPa), elongation at failure (%)and the tear strength(N/mm) measured by universal tester. In order to get a formula of mechanical properties and electrical properties, it had a comparative analysis for mechanical properties and electrical properties of conductive silicone rubber.
