    摘要双组分水性聚氨酯与传统的溶剂型涂料相比有着更为优异的性能,同时由于其以水代替传统溶剂作为分散剂,继承了水性乳液的优点,有机挥发物(VOC)挥发含量较溶剂型显著降低,对于环境保护有着重大意义。但由于水性聚氨酯尚存在许多问题,如配方较为复杂  ,耐热性差,易分解,成膜速度慢等,故使用环氧树脂对其进行改性,改性使用的E-44含有大量的环氧基团,双键等,可以显著提升材料的连接强度,在使用中有着更为优异的性能。本课题拟用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)作为主要原料合成脂肪族水性聚氨酯多元醇分散体,通过环氧树脂中-OH基团与-NCO基团的反应引入环氧基团,最终合成具有高交联密度交聚氨酯多元醇分散体,并与水性多异氰酸酯固化剂复配,固化成膜。通过对不同试剂配比下乳液的稳定性、固含量、硬度、耐水性(吸水率)、黏度、乳液粒径、热重分析、DSC分析的测定对产品进行测试,并确定最佳实验方案。48036

    Title    The preparation of two - component waterborne polyurethane modified by epoxy resin

    Abstract

    Compared with the traditional solvent-basedcoatings,two-component waterborne polyurethane have more excellent performance.Because of the water instead of tradition solvent as a dispersant,it has some advantage like the aqueous emulsion, for example the lower emissions of VOC,it has great significance for the environmental protection.However,waterboren polyurethane also have some problenms,such as the complex formula,poor heat resistance,easy to break dwon,slow deposition rate.Therefore,we want to use the epoxy resin to improve performance.E-44 containning a large number of epoxy groups and double bonds,it can significantly improve the connection strength of the material.This topic proposed using isophorone diisocyanate as main raw material for synthesis of waterborne aliphatic polyurethane polyol dispersions, By the reaction of -OH group in epoxy with -NCO groups introduction of epoxy groups, The final synthesis with high crosslinking density of polyols polyurethane dispersions, and mixed with aqueous polyisocyanate curing agent, curing film. By the stability of the emulsion, solid content, hardness, resistance to water (water absorption), viscosity, and emulsion particle size, thermogravimetric analysis, DSC analysis by using orthogonal test method to study the epoxy value of epoxy resin and dosage, kind and amount of chain extender, n (NCO)/n (OH) and other factors effect the performance of the modified resin, finally the optimum synthetic process.
