摘要:根据所下达的任务书,本设计进行了年产300件橡胶密封圈车间工艺设计。通过查阅大量参考文献,明确了橡胶密封圈的用途、质量要求以及丁腈橡胶在耐油性橡胶密封圈上的优异性能;同时在工艺上选择了更加优异的工艺流程和较为先进的生产设备等。本设计所采用的工艺流程是丁腈橡胶经过塑炼、混炼之后,停放一段时间,混炼胶经过热炼、滤胶除去胶料中的机械杂质,保证产品的质量,然后通过精密预成型机制成半成品,再进行平板硫化机硫化,最后冷冻修边机修边制成成品。期间,设计时也尽量把低成本、高性能,低污染、可循环的原则运用到车间设计之中,并且绘制了工艺流程图和生产车间平面布置图。43252

Abstract: According to the order specification, this design this the annual output of 300 pieces of rubber seal workshop process design has carried on. Through consulting plenty of references, clearing rubber sealing ring for use, quality requirements and the NBR rubber oil resistant rubber sealing ring on the excellent performance; At the same time in the process of selecting a more excellent process and more advanced production equipment and so on. This design adopts the technological process is nitrile rubber after plasticate, mixing, parked for a period of time, mixing rubber after thermal refining, filtering to remove mechanical impurities in rubber to ensure the quality of the product, and then through the precision preformer ready made, then flat plate vulcanizing press vulcanization, finally frozen trimming machine and made into finished products. During the design and try to low cost, high performance, low pollution, recycled principle applied to workshop design, and draw a process flow diagram and workshop layout.
