摘要聚合氯化铝作为一种絮凝剂具有良好的性能,随着中国用水量的急剧增加,其在水处理剂市场上所占的比例越来越大。本文以某企业废水为原料,从配料比和反应时间两个主要因素上研究了聚合氯化铝的最佳制备条件。为了研究自制聚合氯化铝的絮凝性能,研究了产品的单独混凝试验和其与聚丙烯酰胺复合后的混凝试验,并与市售工业聚合氯化铝的絮凝效果进行了絮凝效果比较。最后,根据本课题研究所获得的制备工艺,对企业的工业化制备进行了粗略的工业设计和成本核算。42772

Title Study of recovery technology for waste-water containing aluminum
Abstract As a kind of flocculant, polymeric aluminum chloride has a good performance. With the rapid increase of China's water consumption, the proportion of it in the water treatment agent market is becoming larger and larger. In this paper, the optimal preparation conditions of polymeric aluminum chloride were studied from two main factors: the ratio of raw materials and reaction time. In addition, in order to study the flocculation performance of self-made polymeric aluminum chloride, we carried out a separate coagulation test of the product and its coagulation test with polyacrylamide. By comparing the flocculation effect of the self-made and industrial polymeric aluminum chloride, we can know that the self-made polymeric aluminum chloride can be applied to the ordinary industrial waste-water treatment. Finally, according to the preparation process of the project, the industrial design and cost accounting of the enterprise's industrial preparation were carried out.
