摘要:随着塑料行业的快速发展,长玻纤增强聚丙烯(PPLFT)材料已经成为现代工业常用的材料之一,其主要特点是有超强的力学性能和化学性能。本文主要讨论了同向平行双螺杆挤出PPLFT共混料的车间的设计,分别从厂址选择、总平面设计、工艺设计(利用双螺杆挤出机的混合使玻璃纤文均匀的分布在塑料基体当中)、原材料选择、设备选型、物料衡算(根据物质质量守恒定律,对进出口进行定量的计算)、能量衡算、车间布置(根据生产流程把双螺杆挤出机及各种辅机合理的排列并放置于车间中)和非工艺设计这几个方面对本车间进行了全面的规划和设计。设计所得成果包括设计说明书和相应的图纸,图纸为车间平面设计图。该过程工艺简单,产品质量高,结合性能好,是PPLFT共混料生产的一条便捷、合理、低成本的生产途径。36870

The process design of PPLFT blend material for annual output 10000 tons
Abstract: With the rapid development of the plastic industry, PPLFT has become one of the common materials used in modern industry. It is mainly characterized by the super strong mechanical property and chemical property. This paper mainly discusses the design of the workshop where co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder extrudes the PPLFT co-mixture material. It makes a comprehensive planning and design of the workshop respectively from the aspects of site selection, site planning, technological design (Using a mixture of twin screw extruder to make glass fiber evenly distributed in the middle of the plastic substrate), material type, equipment selection, material balance (According to the law of conservation of material quality, for quantitative calculation of import and export), energy balance, plant layout (According to the production process, the twin screw extruder and all kinds of auxiliary reasonable arrangement and placed in the workshop) and non-technological design. Design the result mainly design specifications and the corresponding drawings, the drawings is technological flow sheet. Simple technology is used in this process, and the product is of high quality with good bonding property. It is a convenient, reasonable and low cost way of producing PPLFT co-mixture material.
