        白铜带是一种金属元件,有不同产品规格及各种状态铜带产品,由于白铜带的机械性能和耐磨性能都很好所以可用于制造精密仪器、船舶的零件、枪炮的蛋壳等。也用于生产电器元件、灯头、电池帽、钮扣、密封件、接插件,主要用作导电、导热、耐蚀器材。如电气元器件、开关、垫圈、垫片、电真空器件、散热器、导电母材及汽车水箱、散热片、气缸片等各种零部件。
        本设计主要关注BZn15-20、BZn18-18锌白铜板带钢的生产技术要求及其关键生产工序(熔炼、铸造、铣面、轧制、退火等)的工艺特点。根据中铝上海铜业有限公司现有的生产流程以及产品,进行对产品生产熔炼工艺的制订、轧制制度编制、辊型制度制定、电机能力校核、轧辊强度校核,在设计过程中利用电脑软件Visual Basic编程语言,对轧制力及轧制力矩进行计算程序的编制,利用电脑软件Auto CAD,对轧辊图进行绘制。从而设计出符合实际生产标准的产品及其生产流程。利用电脑软件Auto CAD绘制出自己所设计产品的厂房设计图纸。
