摘要研究了在双基药中加入硼、镁、铝粉作为可燃剂,加入高氯酸铵为氧化剂的燃烧剂,旨在得到一种燃烧热值高, 火焰长度长, 能长距离点火,残渣量低, 点火性能和安定性好的燃烧剂。
通过测量各燃烧剂的燃烧热,火焰长度,燃烧温度,燃烧速度等燃烧性能得出:加入高氯酸铵和硼、镁、铝粉后,双基药的燃烧热值,火焰长度,燃烧温度和燃速均有了较大幅度提高。
通过热分析实验,研究了各燃烧剂的热分解过程,发现双基药的分解不受其他组分影响,但硼、铝、镁粉的加入对高氯酸铵的分解过程影响较大。
综合考虑,得出加入镁粉的燃烧剂燃烧热值和燃烧温度最高,燃速和火焰长度都较大,燃烧性能更好。

Title Research on the effect of DB and AP combustion agent's
performance by Boron ,Magnesium and Aluminum
Abstract
In order to come up with a fuel agent which obtain the features of high burning calorific value ,large flame length,ignitable within distance,low residue ,nice ignition performance and better combustion stability.
The research being conducted by adding boron ,magnesium and aluminum powder as combustion agent into double base propellant and also used the fuel agent 'ammonium perchlorate' as oxidizer. By measuring each fuel
agent's heat of combustion,flame length,combustion temperature and combustion speed the results proved that after added ammonium
perchlorate,boron,magnesium and aluminum powder it increased the burning calorific value ,flame length,combustion temperature and speed of the double base propellant.
Each fuel agent's thermal decomposition process being studied by thermal analysis experiments and it comes out that the decompositon of double base propellant had no effect by other components.But,the decompositon of ammonium perchlorate influenced strongly by the added powder of boron ,magnesium and aluminum.
In conclusion,the results came out as the fuel agent that had magnesium added in had the highest heat value and combustion temperature , large flame lengths and high burning rate and better combustion performance.
