摘要润湿是自然界中最常见的一种现象,也是人类生活与生产中必不可少的过程。本文研究了去离子水、盐溶液、乳化剂溶液及有机溶液在45钢表面的润湿行为,并进一步研究了渗C、渗B和渗N处理对45钢表面润湿性的影响。试验结果表明:渗C、渗B和渗N等表面处理能有效影响去离子水与钢的润湿性行为,使接触角由61.8o分别降到45.9o、9.3o和29.3o;去离子水中分别加入盐和乳化剂后,均降低了润湿接触角,0.1%KCl溶液、1%KCl溶液、10%KCl溶液和30%KCl溶液在45钢表面的接触角分别为38.4o、53o、54.3o和25.3o;而0.43%OP乳化剂溶液、0.43%吐温-80溶液、0.45%聚乙二醇-400溶液和0.5%聚乙二醇-2000溶液在45钢表面的接触角分别为33.7o、32.1o、44.5o和35.1o;渗C、渗B和渗N等表面处理能有效影响盐溶液和乳化剂溶液在钢表面的润湿行为,但变化规律与去离子水的不同;丙三醇、食用油、甲基硅油、真空泵油等有机溶液与钢的表面润湿接触角分别为29.2o、10.7o、0o和26.2o;渗C、渗B和渗N等表面处理,均降低了润湿接触角,其中渗B处理最为明显,使得食用油和真空泵油在钢表面的接触角由原来的10.7o和26.2o都减小到0o。67815

Title Study on the surface treatments and wetting behaviors of steels
Abstract
The wetting behavior is not only an important characteristic of the surface, but also a common interface phenomenon in nature. Our paper mainly research the wetting behavior of deionized water, salt solution ,emulsifier solution and organic solution on different steels. And further research the affection on the wetting behavior of steels that used different surface treatments .Finally we get the conclusion as follow.
Surface treatments can affect the wettability of deionized water on steel effectively,which reduce contact angle from 61.8oto45.9o、9.3oand29.3o respectively.The addition of salt and emulsifier to deionized water can reduce contact angle,the contact angles of 0.1%KCl solution、1%KCl solution、10%KCl solution and30%KCl solution on steels are 38.4o、53o、54.3oand 25.3o respectively. The contact angles of 0.43% emulsifier solution、0.43%Tween-80 solution、0.45%PEG-400 solution and 0.5%PEG-2000 solution on the steels are 33.7o、32.1o、44.5oand 35.1o respectively. Surface treatments can also affect the wettability of salt solution and emulsifier solution on steel effectively, but the disciplines don’t like the deionized water’s.The contact angles of glycerol 、edible oil 、methyl silicone oil and vacuum pump oil are 29.2o、10.7o、0oand 26.2o.Surface treatments can also affect the wettability of organic solution on steel.Boriding processing can effectively reduce the contact angle of edible oil and vacuum pump oil to 0o.
