摘要:异步轧制是因上下工作辊的圆周速度不同,而使轧制变形区产生一种搓轧变形的轧制技术,异步轧制属于一种超细晶材料制备技术。TWIP钢的高强韧性来自形变过程中孪晶的形成,因此将该钢命名为孪生诱发塑性( twinning induced plasticity,TWIP)钢,其优良的综合性能使其在未来高强度高塑钢铁市场中处于非常优势的地位。本文利用二辊异步实验轧机分别对TWIP钢进行了同步轧制与异步轧制(SR=1.5),并对轧制试样在600℃~900℃范围内进行了退火试验。利用金相显微镜,硬度测试仪等设备,对TWIP钢进行组织性能测试。结果表明:同等状态下的异步轧制TWIP钢具有更高的硬度,两者的再结晶温度均介600℃~700℃之间,且异步轧制TWIP钢有着更低的再结晶温度。62081

Mechanical Properties and Microstructures of the TWIP Steels processed by asymmetric Rolling
Abstract:Asymmetric rolling is one type of rolling technology that makes the rolling deformation zone have a rubbing roll deformation ,due to the upper and lower work rolls have different circumferential speed ,it belongs a kind of preparation technology of ultrafine grained materials .TWIP steel has high strength and toughness because it produces a lot of twins during deformation, so we call it twinning induced plasticity, its excellent comprehensive properties which is high strength and high plastic make it a very dominant position in the future steel market.In this article,using TWIP steel to carry out asymmetric rolling (SR=1.5) and symmetric rolling by two-high rolling mill,then ,carrying out annealing experiment in the range of 600℃~700℃ with the samples after being rolled .We can use some equipments to test its properties such as metallographic microscope , hardness tester and so on. The results show that we can get TWIP steel with higher hardness by asymmetric Rolling in the same condition,recrystallization temperature of both are between 600℃~700℃,and TWIP steel with asymmetric rolling has lower recrystallization temperature.
