摘 要Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷具有强度高、硬度高、耐高温、耐磨损、密度小、韧性较好和导热率高等优异的性能,但因为其塑性变形能力很差、很难加工,在很大程度上限制了其应用的范围。在陶瓷金属的可靠连接过程中,通常情况下,用传统焊接技术方法是很难实现的,比较而言,扩散焊在金属陶瓷的连接过程中是一种可靠的有效连接方法。本文用 Ti(C,N)-Al2O3/Cu73Ti27/Cu/AgCu/40Cr 为中间层,对 Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷进行扩散焊焊接技术的研究。对于在不同的焊接工艺参数下的焊接接头及其扩散情况进行了扫描电镜(SEM)观察和能谱(EDS)分析。 通过力学性能试验测试了焊接接头的抗弯强度,进而分析断口的组织形貌。结果表明,以 Ti(C,N)-Al2O3/Cu73Ti27/Cu/AgCu/40Cr作中间层,通过辅助脉冲电流扩散焊的方法,使用扫描电镜观察焊接接头的微观组织形貌,进行能谱分析,能够实现金属陶瓷有效连接。本试验还通过力学性能试验测试接头的弯曲强度。在扩散焊的试验过程中,基体和中间层的元素通过在界面的相互扩散,形成了过渡层。界面的微观组织及元素的分布特征会因为焊接工艺参数的不同而不同。进而导致接头力学性能的不同。58962

AbstractTi(C,N)-based cermets have excellent properties of high strength, high hardness, hightemperature, wear-resistant, low density, toughness and high thermal conductivity, etc., butbecause of its plastic deformation capacity is poor, difficult to process, greatly limits thescope of its application. Reliable ceramic-metal connection process, the Under normalcircumstances, the traditional method of welding technology is difficult to achieve, incontrast, diffusion welding process in connection cermet is a reliable and effectiveconnection method.In this paper, Ti(C,N)-Al2O3/Cu73Ti27/Cu/AgCu/40Cr intermediate layer ofTi(C,N)based cermets were studied diffusion welding technology. For different weldingparameters of welded joints and diffusion carried out by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observations and spectroscopy (EDS) analysis. Mechanical tests by testing flexuralstrength of welded joints, fracture morphology and further analysis.The results showed that: Ti(C,N)-Al2O3/Cu73Ti27/Cu/AgCu/40Cr as an intermediatelayer, the auxiliary pulse current method by diffusion welding, welded joints usingscanning electron microscopic morphology, energy spectrum analysis, enables cermetlinked.
