摘要LED灯因其节能、环保、高效等诸多优势在中国得到快速普及,而封装材料的优劣直接影响到LED的光效和使用寿命。本设计研究并制造了苯基乙烯基有机硅树脂,通过各种性能测试来判断封装胶的物化性能,并且研究对比了苯基三甲基硅烷、二苯基二甲基硅烷配比与含氢环体、乙烯基双封头配比对封装胶的功能的作用,得出性能更好的LED封装胶的原料配比。48707

AbstractBecause of its energy saving, environmental protection, high efficiency and other advantages in China, LED light has been rapidly popularized, and the advantages and disadvantages of packaging materials directly affect the LED light efficiency and service life. The design of the study and manufactured phenyl vinyl silicone resin, through all kinds of tests to judge encapsulation adhesive properties, and comparative study of the phenyl trimethyl silane, diphenyl dimethyl silane ratio and hydrogen containing ring body, vinyl dual head ratio of glue packaging function effect, obtained better performance of the LED packaging adhesive ratio of raw materials.
